Investment Technology Group Withdraws Arca Listing
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 2007--Investment Technology Group, Inc. (NYSE: ITG), today announced that it plans to voluntarily withdraw its securities from listing on NYSE Arca, Inc., formerly the Pacific Exchange. ITG securities will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The decision to voluntarily withdraw its listing from NYSE Arca, Inc. was made to eliminate duplicative administrative requirements inherent with dual listings as a result of the NYSE Group's recent merger with Archipelago Holdings, the parent company of NYSE Arca.
